Our standard fee for bridging applications is £995. Our standard fee for commercial mortgages is £995. All our fees are only payable on receipt of your offer, and we will discuss and agree on the fee with you before submitting any mortgage application.

The FCA do not regulate some forms of Business Buy to Let Mortgages and Commercial Mortgages to Ltd Companies.
